Our support team can be contacted by phone or email and we do everything we can to respond within 1 hour. Although, we usually respond much quicker than that. Our support team has countless years of experience working with WordPress so we’ve pretty much seen it all and can solve any problem you chuck at us.

Not only will we solve problems and give expert advice, we can perform routine tasks for you that you simply don’t have time to do yourself. Things like posting blog articles, adding new pages or updating images and documents, we can take the load off you, so you have time to run your business again.
How does it work?

We measure your support allowance with a credit system. Each task you request will be given a credit value. The credit value will be determined by multiple factors: estimated completion time, rounds of amendments, difficulty and accessibility. We often break credits in half for smaller jobs, so you don’t use them up too quickly. You can see a list of common tasks and their estimated credit value here.

With our support plan you will be given 3 credits per month, to use in whichever way you like. As an example, you could request six small tasks, three medium tasks or one large task per month. You can always purchase additional credits if you exceed your monthly allowance and they are priced at £10 per credit. Each month your default credits will reset to three, however additional purchased credits will be retained.

What happens to unused credits?
Your standard monthly credits will expire at the end of each month, if they are not used. However, any additional credits you have purchased will be retained.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Of course, extra credits can be purchased at £10 per credit.
Is there a limit to the amount of support I get?
