Usually all we need is access to your hosting and domain accounts. Sometimes we may need additional details but we will determine that based on our initial analysis.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you’re free to leave whenever you want with no hidden charges or small print tying you into lengthy contracts.

Can I change my package at any time?

Of course, you can add on any additional services or change to a different package whenever you want. Just speak to our team and they will handle everything for you.

Do you comply with the regulations of the GDPR?

Yes, we take the general data protection regulation very seriously and ensure all of your data and customer data is processed correctly and carefully.

I have a wordpress.com website - Can I use WP Nest?

Unfortunately not. We are only able to work with self-hosted WordPress websites using the wordpress.org method. However, we would be happy to help you move your website to wordpress.org so you can benefit from our services.

Do you maintain WordPress Multisite?

Yes, no problem at all! We simply consider each website within your multisite network as a separate service so you’re charged per website.

Do you build websites too?

We certainly do and we’d love to help. We have talented designers and developers who build awesome websites that look fantastic and work great too.

Do you host emails too?

We don’t unfortunately. It’s not a service we provide but we are more than happy to give our recommendations and help you set everything up if you have a support plan.
